Whilst being fully qualified PRINCE project managers we release the importance of proportionate project management. Many public sector scenarios do not require extensive planning and risk management to take place, but do benefit from structure and progress monitoring to ensure the planned change is achieved. We therefore tailor project management techniques based on the complexity, impact and risks of a project, resulting in simple single page project management through to those requiring multiple work packages.
